At Lightwave, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Lightwave account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the original shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned device for functionality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
